A lot of exposure to different teams, and things to do. I like that most people I work outside my team are friendly and willing to help you.

Depends on the team, in most cases it is ok. inter-department communication can be improved further.

most teams are stretched or over-capacity. A lot has improved from the "we can do it all mentality" to focus on what is possible.

Interessante Aufgaben
In some teams you can do things outside of your role and scope, and mangers (most that I know) encourage their employees to take ownership of additional responsibilities.
