Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The values and culture is really an example for other companies.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The only negative thing for me, is that we have to prove every single minute of our work. I wish there would be a bit more trust and freedom on how we manage our time.

As I mentioned before, it would be great to have more training and development possibilities.

The atmosphere is very friendly. Sometimes it can get very stressful but teamwork and team support is very real.

Transparency is very important value in oddity, at all levels. Leads, seniors and juniors have all the possibility to communicate freely and have the tools to do it.

Teamwork and solidarity is the best quality of this team.

At oddity you have the possibility to plan you life as you prefer. If you are a workaholic, perfect, if not perfect as well. You decide your balance.

Great role models, open, transparent. In comparison to other companies, they truly have the skills to lead, guide, listen, decide, delegate and prioritize.

Interessante Aufgaben

At oddity you never get bored, we are constantly working on pitches, big campaigns, small campaigns. There is a great list of clients that constantly challenge our creativity with great project. We work a lot and and learn as much.

I can only speak from my experience, I never saw someone be treated unfairly.

In times of COVID-19, everyone was able to continue working from home office.

I wish there were more trainings and development possibilities.

Dear colleague,

thank you for your personal feedback. We appreciate very much that you have taken the time to evaluate us and to give us some valuable hints what we can improve.

Allow us to give you some more background in regard to tracking the time spent on projects:

Trust is a key value at oddity and we hope we show this to all people at oddity every day. Therefore, we don’t track time spent on projects to evaluate the performance or to make comparisons among employees (i.e. through billability rates). We never have done this. We do track the time though as a measure to see how we can improve the scoping of projects. This is important to continuously improve processes and to stay competitive in the way we scope projects. We understand that this requires extra effort from employees. This is needed to give us the transparency to improve our processes as pointed out. And it may happen that clients or auditors ask us to give proof of the time we have spent on projects.

Regarding your personnel development. Any input from you is more than welcome to let you grow at oddity. So, we invite you to speak about this topic with your Teamlead or your P&C contact person. We will do our upmost to help you grow further within oddity.

If you have more questions please don’t hesitate to contact your Teamlead or the P&C Team anytime.

Again, thank you very much for taking the time to give us your valuable input and positive evaluation.

Your People & Culture Team at oddity
