The work in it self promotes a collaborative culture.
I can only speak for the department I work for; management was poor and their support was non-existent. Allot of unfulfilled promises and transparency was lacking.
Work life balance was non existent in the department that I work and supported. My tenure at OLAM was very short because I was simply burned out. It became a trend because during my tenure all the really good employees from different locations all began to leave as well.
