Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Leadership personell is mostly unfit to lead - many cannot learn that anymore (some trainings are de facto purely vasting money, allowing Oly to show off with leadership trainings). Many rather enjoy their status and go to trainings only to then show off to their superior. In my view, being a leader is something else than being the superior... it requires lots of personality, selfreflection and talent - (only some) skills can be teached. if those new tones/nee skills do not match the current bosses, all those skills are false / not authentic. In this case the trainings become a farce...

Verbesserungsvorschläge

See employees as human beings with personalities and talents and let them develop themselves, too (not just the company)... please value their everyday hard work everyday. Please foster and strengthen those, who wanna move Oly forward across Bu boundaries (dont hold them back because bosses are afraid to be overwhelmed or because you throw so much work on them that they find no second to breeze yet to evolve)! Encourage people to speak out loud and then also learn to deal with different opinions, there could be way more fruitful discussions outside stiff hierachical thinking. And please: stop denying conflicts and changes of the atmosphere - and let's start working on improvements! Others constantly work with internal moderators, why dont we? Others offer coachings to everyone interested - why dont we? Others have 360degreee eedback-why dont we, how about the team chooses its leader? Others offer home office, why can't we, calling it flex only? All this is no longer state of the art. And the combination with transform is dangerous! good people don't have problems to find another employeur once they start looking...some already left while WE all need it each other more than ever...!

Goos because of colleagues, only 3 stars because of bosses in the middle/upper management.

Majority: too afraid - no leaders. Bosses, old school
mens playground. See below comment. Luckily there are some ( few) lighthouses of empathatic leaders who listen and act and look after their employees as far as they can but, moreover, may help also with professionell expertise in their field.

Gleichberechtigung

Non existing. And no plans to change that. Shameful, really. Well: yes, it does change the atmosphere if women are involved, often to the better. It is worth paying attention to that and to open up the men's beerclub! And its time to stop talking about women and focus pn parents (mums and dads) and become more flexible, stop Meetings in the late afternoon and so forth - just look at other countries i.e. scandimavia and other companies doing the same in Germany. Its doable!

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Mainly friendly -no differences of age rather than of hierarchy.

Arbeitsbedingungen

It and data Management and processes linkes to this are a desaster/ Meeting Rooms missing / Offices are loud and tiny (hope the two last criticisms will become past upon moving into campus)

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary to me is fine but mostly intransparent and varies a lot.
