Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There's high levels of cohesion within the office. All staff attempt to tackle projects as a team and share valuable information/insights when appropriate. This collaborative attitude is then taken out of the office for team events and social occasions.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
At times there could be more done to ensure there is clarity on what individual's responsibilities to avoid a stacked workload. I also understand there are procedures being applied to prevent this.
