Tarnished beyond repair
- Stop firing everyone who makes over a certain salary level, or has been there a significant number of years. Can not only have staff composed of recent college graduates in India, need some seasoned people to train new employees.
When they fire your co-workers, most of them will get severance pay.
Complete dumpster fire. Run away, find some other place to work.
