Intense, but rewarding work during office hours and lots of perks outside- great building, with great views, in the centre of Berlin. Colleagues are sociable outside of work and events (great chance to meet and network with other people) and trips for the entire company (London and Berlin) are held regularly throughout the year, as incentives.

As mentioned, the smart, modern office is based in the centre of Berlin. Includes free coffee, tea and beer (for after working hours of course) and a free breakfast is provided every Monday morning to kick-start through those Monday mornings.
Also now have a gorgeous office dog who has become part of the Optimus family.

The fantastic, intensive training programme which Optimus now offer is great, especially if you are new in the recruitment industry - very experienced and successful people mean you can learn from the best!
