It is not a "real" company but kind of pet project of some rich investor from Switzerland. Normal rules does not apply. If you expect what's normal or try to bring it there the worse for you...

I've been told by supervisor that some of my coworkers wanted me to be fired. He told those people will be fired instead, just to fired me at the end.

Nothing has been done to integrate a team, a lot has been done to divide it. Mobbing from IT freelancers tolerated by company management.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My supervisor has been the very nice person but detached from "know how" about leading IT projects. He was admitting this fact on every occasion which did not stop him to lead IT team for months. Complete lack of self responsibility.
Interessante Aufgaben
It is a strong point. Unfortunately often detached from business needs.
