no hierarchy means that you see your work turned into tangible results quickly. Also, the leadership team are very honest with their feedback - if it's not good, they'll tell you. If it's good, they'll tell you :)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It's always really busy, which is mostly good! (basically like what a Start Up is). Sometimes things can get a little demanding workwise, but I think in the end it keeps you motivated and focussed.
