Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Every manager is easy to contact, which is good to ask all your questions. All the personal contact (instead of everything through mail) made me feel more comfortable.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
On my first day, everything was very new and didn´t recieve any general information about the hotel. It would be nice to got a bit better informed. Luckily, everything was a lot better after one week and I could find my way well in the hotel.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Because Pentahotels is not a very big hotel, every employee knows each other which creates a nice atmosphere.
Kommunikation
Everyone was easy available, also the managers were easy to contact, didn´t have to make an appointment.
Interessante Aufgaben
I started in F&B and they gave me the opportunity to grow in this department, after 2 months I was able to work l by myself. I kept on learning in this department and that made the job interesting.
Gleichberechtigung
Eventhough I was an intern, they treated me the same as full-timers. They gave me the chance to get more responsibility.

The hotel has a very nice interior and a lot of guests speak positive about the hotel.
