Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
A company that has according to the CEOseveral hundreds of millions on its bank account and only recently signed a real estate lease which was the most expensive one ever in the history of the city of munich and at the same time layoffs several dozen employees, definitely doesn’t put its employees first but solemnly money. I assume american investors play their part in this hire+fire mentality also. Very sad seeing this happen in a company that sells a hr product and preaches that it’s all about employees.
