During the course of last year it became really bad

Kommunikation

In good cases an e-mail is sent out every quater.
Especial during Corona no information was provided regardless that major changes incurred.
No explanation or strategy to overcome the situation communicated.

Also most information is whitewashed in very obvious ways.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

If you work in the same project everything is very good.
The rest of the company might as well not exist

Project dependent. Usually same old stuff not much new.
Once you have a customer project you will be stuck there until the end.

Thank you very much for your evaluation and your open words. We appreciate it and are trying to grasp the points and work on them.

We think it's a pity that you no longer consider your former job with us to be as attractive as it probably used to be.

The current situation with Corona and the implications that come with it, such as working at home, reduced hours and so on, is new and challenging, even for us. Please be assured that we are doing our best to manage this situation as best we can for everyone.

We recognized that not everything went as it could have last year. For example, in communication, to name just one issue. It is not enough to limit this to written information from the company. We have reacted here and started to organize a video call every quarter in which we discuss the current situation as well as planned measures. In this format, our employees also have the opportunity to ask questions about topics that concern them.
