We must admit, your review is quite disheartening since we put lots of effort into ensuring that everybody is happy at Plinga (from business strategy, communication, processes to work atmosphere, work-life balance, etc.).

The team is okay, the parties are nice
If this was a start-up, maybe its practices would be acceptable. But this company exists since 5 years and the management is chaotic and completely unwilling or unprepared to tackle their tasks and have clear ideas about what they are doing, and there is the impression that the company simply "flows" around, there is no firm grasp on anything here. It is as if the whole company happens on an accident.
It is about time you realize you must be competent and secure enough to lead a company.

We are sorry to hear that you missed the direction of the company in spite our monthly all hands meetings where we present and discuss the direction and the development of the company. As well you can be sure that the managing directors discuss about our strategy and the direction we are following daily to make sure we stay on top of the newest trends in our industry.
What we can confirm is that indeed there is no clear, 5-years plan which covers everything in our dynamic industry. We need to stay flexible and need to combine that with a clear goal. For sure all processes can be optimized and we thank you for being critical. We would have been very thankful to have discussed this matter into more details while you were on board to understand where exactly you see room for improvement. Nevertheless our efforts to do things in a better way will never stop and we are grateful for the team we have on board who restlessly works on this!
