plista takes care of its own people. There's a great vibe in the office, people are happy in general, everyone always has a smile and there's no one with a stressed vibe. Very family friendly!

There's nothing I would consider plain bad.

There could be better conditions in the office regarding temperature and air quality. Salaries could be better and maybe more transparent across the company.

Very chilled vibe, no one running around super stressed. Sure people have a lot on their plate, but no one is stressed.

Probably the hardest nut to crack everywhere. Not perfect here either.

Flexible working hours and home office possibility are very helpful. No holiday blocks, at least in my department. Very family friendly too.

Salaries could be better, but the benefits are really great.

Depends on where one wants to get to. Sometimes it might be difficult but other times it's definitely doable. There's a good mentality of keeping the knowledge inside the company and promoting from the inside.
