There is nothing, no Urlaubsgeld, nothing, people change all the time, you have to explain what you want to so many people because nobody lasts long and they are not so serious.

On the Interview and on the phone they are all super nice and they all act very supportive very understanding but in the reality is not always like that. They always say they will try their best to meet your needs but if they have nothing to win by supporting your needs you can stay soon without any further job offer.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I had chance to work in their office in Munich for 2 weeks and It didn't seem like they are a good team, there was no team spirit. All the nice one left soon after I left their office and in general during my while time working for them a lot of people left.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance depends more from the deployment Company. But expressing your wish to find something for less then 40 hour per week can be a big turnover for Poolia Munich at least.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
they are fair because they have to be, but be sure that you keep records from holidays and working time, didn't happened only once to me that they said you spend 1 day of holiday even if you didn't, so make sure to keep everything.

They have a prety interesting "customers".
Gleichberechtigung
I don't know what to say here, I have been talking with a lot of people working for Poolia and we all had different stories also about the money, but be sure you fight for your needs they also look only for their interests.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I mean they don't fight that you stay in the company where you work currently as they say that their goal is that this company keeps you... it is not, they get money from the companies and more you switch more provisions they get. They come often with the jobs where you have to take over some tasks for the people they are sick, so that you stay soon without position and they have to search for the new one but also not for too long if they don't find something new very soon for you be ready to go to AMS but of course they will keep looking jobs for you they just don't want to pay for you while they are searching for it. This is why Poolia is only good to work for when you really have no other options and the Bills have to be paid and when you get some job from them keep searching for something where you can actually stay. Poolia is just for a transition job, temporary choice.
