Thank you very much for your rating. We are pleased that it is so positive – and that you like the work and the tasks ("interesting tasks", 5 out of 5 stars) at portagon so much.

It is nice that you emphasise the team spirit ("working atmosphere" and "cooperation with colleagues", 5 out of 5 stars) so positively. Indeed, this has been a characteristic of us since we have existed: great team spirit, everyone helps each other. Otherwise it wouldn't work: We have a lot of big things ahead of us, and we can only do them in teamwork. It is important to us that this teamwork is fun, which is why we also have regular social events.

It's also nice that you emphasised our communication ("communication", 5 out of 5 stars) so positively. Our founders place a lot of emphasis on internal communication, including every Monday in the "Weekly" on current topics and the review every quarter in the "Quarterly". Internal communication is key for our success: we have just made some strategic adjustments and it is important that all our employees understand the strategy and how crucial their day-to-day contribution is.

This brings me to the next point ("management behaviour", 5 out of 5 stars) where I would like to quote you: "There is no micromanagement, we are simply trusted to be able to do our work, which builds a positive atmosphere." We are 80 employees, everyone needs to understand our strategy and we rely on everyone to think and decide what they need to do in their day-to-day work to contribute to it.

You gave us 4 out of 5 stars on Image. Your comment is right that our image could be a bit more present. We want to be a very attractive employer, that could indeed get around more. We are therefore also grateful for your (first ever!) rating in English, because English is our company language and sometimes candidates do not dare to apply to us if they do not speak German. But they don't have to!
