As mentioned in the what to improve bucket, we should invest more in transforming ourselves and be quicker with implementing next generation internal platforms, e.g. for Staffing.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
As a company that consults clients with Digital Transformation, I would like to see us transform ourselves more quickly as well. But as we can see with our clients, change takes time.
In the DACH region we have gone through a tough year in 2020. We now need to rally all our talent behind the strategy for 2021 and when possible to meet again, find good ways to return to the offices to strengthen our community.
