First of all, many thanks for the evaluation. However, there are more questions about your details than they help us to improve our application process.
1. You have applied as a designer? We had never advertised a purely designer position. Unfortunately, your details are too unspecific here.
2. You criticise a shameless demand for overtime? That is definitely wrong. After all, it is part of our corporate culture to avoid overtime through flexible working hours and home office. Every employee can confirm this.
All job offers, including those with (UI/UX) design content, involve a high degree of knowledge and responsibility. We take the time to respond to each applicant individually. This takes place in a multi-stage process. Here, technical knowledge and social skills are matched to the job offered, evaluated and checked.
If we are convinced that the professional competence and the idea of the job tasks match, the applicant is invited for a personal interview. From the point of view of many applicants, all this takes place in a respectful and pleasant atmosphere. All questions are professionally answered to each applicant by the present employees from the department and the management.
