Dear colleague,

Thank you for your evaluation. We are sorry that you perceive your working experience with us as boring.

At Raisin, we are utilizing state-of-the-art technology (micro-services platform, kubernetes infrastructure, ...) and are empowering our engineers to participate in technical decision making by joining technical working groups. We are committed to ensuring our people have exactly the skills that are desired and valuable in the market. We do this, for instance, by providing an annual training budget of 1,700€.

We also support and encourage all kinds of events and activities as it is a significant part of our company culture. Also, now during Corona, when personal interaction is not possible, we are doing our best to offer alternatives like virtual coffee meetings and are constantly collecting ideas and feedback, e.g. in pulse surveys.

Especially when most employees are working in home office, communication is essential, but at the same time also more challenging. We established bi-weekly virtual town hall sessions with our founders and developed new formats, such as providing business updates in our internal monthly team newsletter. Of course, communication can always be improved which is why we are thankful for any suggestions.

Feel free to also contact us directly to discuss any specific issues. We are always happy to receive constructive feedback that we can use to further improve.

Best,
Mareike from your Talent & Culture Team
