My work has always been appreciated by colleagues and leaders. The working atmosphere is characterized by fairness and trust.
In my 8 years at reBuy I never had any problems dealing with my managers. Goals are defined together and not dictated. Decisions were always comprehensible.
I have enjoyed working with kind, supportive and generally happy people.
I am very proud of what I have done with my team and my colleagues. I had enjoyed plenty of freedom in the organization, desing and execution of tasks. With great power comes great responsibility :)
Communication is always transparent and honest. The management is presenting the status quo and upcoming events regularly in all-hands meetings. Everyone is free to ask questions. Sometimes you miss a thing but I guess that's normal.
Men and women are equally appreciated. I have not seen any discrimination.
There are the typical shortages of women in IT. The share of women managing positions should improve.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
How are old colleagues defined. As mentioned many times before I worked at reBuy for 8 years. I made it from intern to senior category manager to product manager. I was sponsored and was appreciated. There are mostly young employees around 30. The share old "old employees" can improve.
Karriere / Weiterbildung
At reBuy you can make a career. Many of my colleagues have made it to a senior, team lead or head position. I made it from intern to category manager to product manager.
There are no special training programmes.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
I paid fairly. Of course there's room up there. Rebuy is not the salary champion.
A pretty and nice looking office in the centre of berlin. Tools vary from solid to state of the art . Free drinks and lot of sweet suprieses from time to time

In principle, recommerce is one of many answers to the throw away society. It's about giving Products a second life instead of trashing them.
But rebuy is not a green company. But we have recently launched a initiative to improve the environmental footprint of the headoffice
During my time at reBuy (8 years) I was able to take parental leave and part-time work without any problems. Some colleagues went in the meantime into the Sabatical. So that wasn't a problem either. No one is forced to work overtime. Working from home and rearranging of working hours during the week never was a problem
