Mostly good, but room for improvement
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Engagement towards UN sustainable development goals
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Top-down management, culture of fear
More budget for professional development trainings from top educational institutions/organisation.
Within individual teams, respect, support and care are often good. However, leadership teams are very exclusive, manage top-down, and create an atmosphere of fear.
Internal coms is pretty good. Lots of info sessions (town halls etc.). However, one is left wondering about the truthfulness of information provided.
Depends on your individual team, I guess. In my case: very good overall team spirit.
So far, I haven't had major issues with work-life-balance at Reckitt.
Again, this depends on individual teams. My line manager is fantastic.
Standard corporate tasks. If that's your thing, you're in the right spot. If not, do something else.
Everyday sexism is common. At Reckitt, repect, knowledge, inclusion and understanding of non-European cultures is absolutely lacking.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I haven't met any older colleagues. There are only younger people here.
Due to home office, there's really not much work place atmosphere atm. Company is due to start "hot desking" at the office which won't do any good for the atmosphere. Home office infrastructure is pretty good though and the IT Dep is fantastic.
Reckitt is starting to do a lot of projects that work towards UN Sustainability Goals. However, there's lots of room for improvement.
I don't think Reckitt has an image. The individual brands do.
Hardly any opportunities for professonal growth. Learning by doing instead of learning by training is Reckitt's modus operandi.
