You hear a lot of complaining by everyone. Heated arguments every second day. The good ones are leaving or think about leaving, which is not motivating.

Bad communication between management and development. Language barriers with lots of french, russian, german people that speak poor english.

Lots of I don't care, not my problem attitude.

It's a startup, don't expect regular work days or free weekends.

Most recent tech, true. But only low quality by the numbers projects. No time for creativity.
