Roadsurfer is not a start-up anymore but a scale-up, therefore some of the processes seem rather inefficient. But I have the feeling that everyone ist trying its best to make things work better every day. Generally very friendly atmosphere, with good culture to embrace mistakes as something that needs everyone can learn from.
Kommunikation
There are regular all-hands and all objectives and their status are shown in the intranet. Sometimes it is hard to follow the overwhelming amount of teams channels.

In general very good. There are no politics or other nasty games.
Work-Life-Balance
As Roadsurfer is growing a lot there are times when it can be really tough, but this really depends on the teams and the seasonality.

Everyone takes the core values by heart, there is a monthly survey on eNPS and leadership principles which is taken very seriously.

The hard part ist not having interesting stuff to do, but not fall in the trap of doing them all at once.

Well, it is a company renting vans that of today still consume diesel. Certificates are used to match the carbon footprint. But due to a lack of vehicles no 100% electric van in the fleet.

Campervans can be rented as part of your work contract, but other benefits like e.g. jobrad are missing
