Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager

As the Occupational Health and Well-being Manager you will be required to proactively manage and monitor employee attendance and predominately focus on keeping our people both safe and well. You will develop and deliver training programmes especially in the areas mental health programs and office ergonomics. You will lead a nurse lead service as part of the Health Safety and Environment team and your focus will be engaging and influencing key stakeholders.
This is an exciting time to join us with new changes and improvements being made. You will manage a team of 6 people in various locations and work in an agile environment giving you the opportunity to work remotely and travel only when necessary.
We will consider both full time and part time applications for this role.
What will you need
You will have an Occupational Health Qualification (Qualified to Masters, Degree Level or a Diploma with relevant experience) or demonstrative experience in managing a clinical team on a nationwide scale. You will have experience in delivering training programs, ideally in Mental Health. You will be an innovative and focused self-starter who can spot initiatives, opportunities, engage others and implement activity in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

Salary and package details
£45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience with bonus opportunities of up to 10%. You will also receive 25 days holiday and access to a generous pension scheme.
