- Get rid of people that don't work or don't come to work on a consistent basis. It's really bad for morale.
We usually get raises and bonuses every year. They are very flexible if you need to take off.
Too top heavy. Management doesn't listen to the little people. There are several people that work here that come and go as they please and should be fired but aren't.
