I have received lots of training and certification opportunities. I have received an NHSC contract and support from my company to meet the contract requirements. I have been able to further my career and have felt supported for the last 7+ years.
Recent changes in insurance are creating a financial difficulty. I would also encourage a greater understanding of state policy and internal auditing. More transparency from the company's highest levels of administration would also be beneficial.
