Es könnte eine offenere und realistischere Kommunikation von der Geschäftsleitung bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern geben. Einblicke in langfristige Pläne geben und auch begründen, warum bestimmte Dinge von der Geschäftsleitung entschieden werden.
Das Unternehmen könnte bessere individuelle Entwicklungspläne aufstellen und den Mitarbeitern klar mitteilen, wenn das, was sie entwickeln wollen, innerhalb des Unternehmens nicht wirklich möglich ist.
Bessere Kommunikation, vor allem in der HR Abteilung! Bei den ganzen Geschichten, die man von der kleinen Entlassungswelle 2023 gehört hat, läuft es einem kalt den Rücken runter!

Etwas mit Produkt-Business-Planung stimmt nicht. Man kann nicht den Scope und Timeline gleichzeitig offen halten. Ich wurde gerne Scrum Masters haben um die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produkt und Engineering vielleicht zu verbessern.
I would like to see a more clear leadership vision from the company. And I would like to see a larger emphasis on OKRs and the bigger picture throughout the company. It's already there, but can be improved even further.

Trotzdem fällt mir auf, dass Führungspositionen fast ausschließlich männlich besetzt sind und häufiger Männer als Frauen befördert werden, teilweise, obwohl die weibliche Kollegin mehr geleistet und verantwortet hat als der männliche, beförderte Kollege.
