Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I have learned a lot through different projects i was involved in and appreciated the bound between the interns.
From day one i was already involved on ongoing projects and the tasks given were not just to pet me but some did really challenge me just as i was expecting from an internship.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
As a former intern we did expect to be equally treated professionally in term of tasks but since the remuneration was not equally given and yet still satisfactory for an internship another motivation could have been consider for intern such as the reduction of their working hours or something else to show then that they were well appreciated as well.
