Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Consultants that try to give you an reliable feeling, when you discuss with them. But all this positive attitude will be changed after you sign the contract.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

All their offers and advantages that are given to the new or possible employees are only lies, because everything is only verbal, and until you will see everything on paper, a lot will change for company benefit ( nothing will be respected from the promises that they made ).
Don't trust the company, and avoid any contact, because after you sign something, and you are not agree with them, they will suggest to you in a diplomatic matter, that "IF YOU DON'T LIKE, YOU CAN QUIT"

We can assure that every single employee receives our fullest attention, that we constantly work on meeting their expectations and that every single employee has a salary (high) above the legal requirements in the collective agreement. If the current project allows it, we always increase the salary of the employee, but of course one must understand that after several increases, a salary can’t be raised infinitely.
