As long as your family you get take off for months and come in late. If your not family your treated horrible. I've seen many walk out. Due to coordinator making it so difficult for new employees to even continue to show up to work. Like a adult bully. A lot of favoritism I don't feel like this is an equal workplace. Having many qualifications and management experience but knowing that you'll never go anywhere within the company. Being the top preformer and only making the bosses look good while I don't get recognized for meeting and exceeding goals everyday. Having management talk about your personal business to other employees. Making sure to follow all safety regulations with pesticides.
