Many changes happened in the last years, which can be seen as something negative for some, but as an opportunity for others, who can use it for their professional development. In any case, change is a sign that the company is evolving!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Signalhorn is a very international company, with employees from many different countries. I have really enjoyed working with my colleagues and have learned a lot at both professional and personal levels.

Arbeitsbedingungen
All offices have natural light and are very pleasant. The canteen is large and full of light, with many tables, coffee machine and a soccer table where I used to play with my colleagues during the lunch breaks.
There is a gym in the building and they offer pilates classes twice a week.

It's true that the company has gone through many changes lately, which can be good for some and very bad for others.
In my personal case (and I can speak also for other young colleagues at Signalhorn), this has been an opportunity to move through different departments and develop our careers.
Of course you have to prove yourself and show a good performance, but in my opinion, if you can cope with change you can use it to grow professionaly.
Note: I left the company in February 2017 due to familiar reasons (we moved abroad)

It's a relatively small company, which is good for many reasons. You can get involved in many projects that cross over into many different areas beyond yours, bring up your ideas, try new things, interact with experienced colleagues and managers, and learn the business inside and out.
The fact that you can get noticed easily also means you can earn more responsibilities and move up much quicker than you would do in a larger company.
