The company culture did not reflect teamwork, that is in the state of California. It only reflected well if we followed the Arizona way, which meant if we followed What Arizona did the company with supposedly runs smoothly. They never bother to assess what California offices either needed or what they could offer to help make the company flourish. They simply wanted to come in and make it exactly like it was in Arizona. Don't you realize before you take over a company you need to assess and then implement!
None or they simply use your expertise and then take it as their own ideas. Also maybe if they had hired a regional manager who actually knew about Radiology Imaging instead of just physically looking nice for the company, then maybe Simonmed will be actually making a name for themselves in California. Recommend sending Calif. regional manager to Radiology school for career development.

You are not able to work autonosmly in this company because of micromanaging.
Starting from HR all the way down to management at the sites, communication was either not very good or little communication at that. If you ever get hired for them I would definitely document everything because that is the only thing that will save your communication between anyone within the company.
I gave them three stars that this because they do try at least.

They feel experience is not necessary so they want to weed the older colleagues through the setup to fail method. Which according to some articles it's referred to as work bullying.

Only if you are friends with the upper management. Otherwise, forget even being considered for moving up because you actually have a degree and obviously have more education and experience than the current management in place for California. Be careful because this company seems to thrive on the setup to fail method for their employees. Instead of this method they should be seriously looking at people who understand the medical field before hiring. And that I mean people who actually worked in the medical field not just because they got into an accident and all of a sudden the human body.

I never got a raise for 5 yrs and was told that I am at the high end of the job pay which was a lie because everyone after me was being hired at a higher rate. Also the people they were hiring had no previous Radiology experience.
They need to learn teamwork and they need to also need to listen to employees who have ideas, who are experienced in the Radiology field, about getting more business.
