Just a really positive place to work full of genuine, fun and kind people. But besides remote work and a solid product, one of the best things I find is that they truly *invest* in their employees. Mental health and work life balance is taken seriously here, and not just lip service.

Even in a remote first environment, you can feel the positive buzz. It seeps through all the way to how people work with each other. I've never worked at a place where there has been so much laughter in meetings. And when we do meet up, it's always a good time. Trips to the office practically feel like a small workaction.
Kommunikation
Mostly good, sometimes it fails (but rarely). Even then, people are focused on solving whatever issue it might be. There is zero finger pointing here which means problems are solved faster in a friendly and professional manner. I only put 4 stars because I don't think anywhere can reach 5 :D
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People are welcoming and social but will also respect when you need to shut off communications and do deep work.
Work-Life-Balance
Work from wherever you want, and most of the time, whenever. You can also do reduced hours, which is excellent.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Really don't have much to complain about here. The managers know how to manage which is sadly quite rare in a lot of companies. There is zero micromanaging.
Interessante Aufgaben
The no-code tool platform is a lot of fun, but also incredibly useful to the customer. Probably the best combination.

You're treated like an adult and trusted to do your work. HR does an excellent job of fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.

You learn new things every day which helps to improve your skills in numerous areas. Particularly in marketing, which is a field that you need to constantly keep learning, upgrading your skills and adapting to changes.
