If you are in a support role where you are a directed employee with little to no formal education you will thrive. They treat the work as if they are making widgets so they love widget makers. If you are professional, self directed, independent, educated with years of experience...run. You will not fit the widget culture and you will become frustrated at the low pay and respect.
