My favorite thing about working at sofatutor is the people. Everyone is fun and cool and also committed to working hard and talented. I learn a lot working with my colleagues in the marketing team. The company is also great about allowing for flexible work and is good about work/life balance. It’s also great to work for a company where I am proud of our product and company mission. We’re doing great work in education and it’s a big positive motivator for all of us.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I’m close with my team and some other teams but I don’t really spend time with other team-members, even during events. It would be nice to have more opportunities to get to know everyone during the year, especially as the team keeps growing.

We have a review that keeps us informed about what’s going on/coming up company-wide but we could use even more specific updates about what you are planning for the company in the upcoming year.
