- I would find some new higher up positions and fill those with people that are not directly tied to the owners of the company via familia relationships/ close friends.
The new president made an important change to replace a supervisory position that was very poor at communicating and restructured the departments in order to compensate for this.
They do not generally listen to anyone that is not in the “family” or higher up in the main office as there is little feedback. They make there own decisions and there is a lot of micromanaging.
