Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

nothing left and I'll be leaving as soon as possible.

People throw each other under the bus for their own benefit. there's a lot of bullying behind the scenes but in team meetings all play nice like in "we are family". this includes people in key functions which makes this really really bad

depends on the team of course

few people work their a...s off. others have nice and cozy 10to5 jobs with extensive breaks.

The final and brief formulation of your comments in combination with the information that you have already made the decision to leave the company, gives me the impression that your assessment is only meant to share your opinion so that other employees and applicants can benefit from your perspective.

Furthermore, I get the impression that the surveys/platforms Sono Motors offers to give (or learn methods how to give/receive) direct feedback do not provide a safe enough environment for you to change something about these negative dynamics you are describing yourself.

Assuming that this is true, it would be great if you could find another (anonymous) way to give us a more detailed information on the background of your judgment, giving the company the chance to understand and improve.

Also, in case you will not revise your decision to leave the company, you could use the chance of our exit interview to be more precise on your motives.
