Uncaring senior leadership, leads to confusion and infighting.
Again, depends on the division you work with. Inconsistent between departments.
Depends on the group you work with. Little to no teamwork between groups.
Inconsistent and frustrating. Divisions are stove piped.

Nonexistent. Once you are hired in at a specific level there seems to be no opportunity for career development or advancement.
Shared office space not conducive to productive work environment. Overcrowded.

This is one area where the company shines.
- Need to bring in a new CEO and Sr. VP for Growth. CEO position currently unfilled, and Growth position held by the wrong person. Not a good leader and doesn't seem to understand his job.
