Obvious favoritism to certain employees & clinics, if they decide they don't like you then they concentrate on making your job miserable, micromanaging, management negatively, no positive feedback for productivity, management threatening employees if we don't achieve certain goals, very low morale, no room to growth, very little increase in pay each year, very unprofessional, hypocritical (they expect you to act a certain way, but they don't present a good example and act the way you are expected to)
