- You're only as strong as your weakest link: replace the ENTIRE management! Start giving cost of living raises plus raises to ALL the employees more often than once every 5-6 years. Don't lie to the employees, they are smarter than you think and have brains! That might be the first step to feeling a little bit secure! Appreciate the good employees instead of taking them for granted and abusing them!
I have seen absolutely wonderful employees get fired for a simple difference of opinion or even a thought of their own-that doesn't coincide with the"favored few". This company is all about padding the few chosen's pockets while lying, firing, and taking away from the real, honest & hardworking employees. Nepotism at its finest is so perfectly demonstrated here! The rich get richer, the poor get poorer! Good guys do finish last. And it's true: not what you know, but WHO you know!
I'm sorry, I misread the last few questions:the answers need to be reversed and I'm afraid my critisism was not constructive!
The positive aspect to the job was good benefits.
