The work atmosphere at Spreadshirt is great! I already discovered this when I first visited the company for my job interview (modern office, familiar social interaction and bright rooms).
Kommunikation
I was well informed and the communication was transparent right from the start. Even during my internship I was allowed to attend all relevant team meetings and there have been regular company-wide updates from C-level and other managers.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
My team was great, that's all I have to say about that. And I have never had any problems with colleagues from other departments either. There are several team events.
Work-Life-Balance
There are flexible working hours for everyone and therefore the basic premises in order to balance work and life are given. However, since I was working full time for five days a week, work was of course very engaging. Many employees that have families work at Spreadshirt, so I think a balance is possible.

Anyhow - especially in view of the management positions there are a lot of female leaders.

In my opinion, the employees at Spreadshirt are quite satisfied, which can be noticed in the daily communication/cooperation and the positive atmosphere I experienced.

As far as I can tell, there are many opportunities for career development, and vacancies are often filled with internal applicants.
