The projects are all very interesting and we have enough time to pay attention to the quality. The company listens to the opinion of IT engineers, which is very good. Hardware support is really top. Thank you very much for this.

In general, the workload in the IT area is very high and we are working on many different projects. It would be good to introduce more structure here. Communication needs to be more direct - we need dedicated product owners and not just product evangelists. At least 20% of the working time should be allocated to training and new technologies.

I understand that the company is growing fast, but in some cases I wait too long for information. Decisions, on the other hand, are made quickly.
Update 08/2022 - this did improve a lot. Thanks to Scrum .
