- Management actually required to manage and do the job they are paid bucko bucks to do. Hold all employees to the same accountability and standards. Make emplouees show up to work on time and not skip out early. Train managers to be actual !managers of employees.
Flexible hours to fit your life style. Stable company with good benefits and stable jobs with very rare layoffs. Has health fair, chili feeds, bake sales for the food drive, clothing collection for homeless and womens shelters. Jobs are equitably paid for what you do.
My immediate unit is what i have a problem with because our supervisors do not equitably and fair!y supervise. One person is told they can't do somethimg while others are allowed to do it everyday. It depends on who you are as to what rules apply and that shouldnt be that way. Employees are allowed to good off a lot instead of working and management is goofimg off right there with them. Not a good use of taxpayer dollars.
