There is no culture. No sense of cohesion nor any acknowledgement of your work. They think they’re doing you a favor cause they give you a job but the place wouldn’t be running smoothly without its workers.
My supervisor is supportive but I can’t say the same about the rest of management. They are mostly comprised of unsupportive and disgruntled managers
Bare minimum. No one here goes above and beyond to help. It’s a culture of where if they can pass the buck to someone else they will.
Of all the managers in this place only one is female I’d rhat gives you any idea what the gender equality situation looks like here.

Low pay across the board for anyone who works here unless you’re a partner or partners kid or the CFO

It’s a 9-5. From an hr pay basis No one expects you to work late cause then they would have to pay you. If you’re slalried then they don’t care if you do stay late cause they don’t have to pay you extra if you do.
- They need to stop picking and choosing who the rules apply to. If we aren’t allowed to wear jeans then don’t give a pass to certain employees. If you don’t allow working remotely from home then don’t give a pass to certain employees.
