Arbeitsatmosphäre
Mostly great teaching colleagues and nice office staff. A couple of lazy, scruffy teachers gave a bad impression though.
Work-Life-Balance
Some days were pretty hard with the first class at 7:00 and the last class finishing at 20:45. Felt this could have been improved by shifting classes around a bit.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not the salary for a job-for-life but fair for the pleasant kind of work you do there. Great Christmas parties, events etc.

They put a lot of effort into advertising and dealing with their customers at the top level. I feel they allowed teachers to get away with too much. There should have been a smart dress code.
