Lack of good communication from management to teams. Could be improved, but almost everything is kept a secret until the last minute. Customer service is left to handle with the „challenges“.

Most of the positive reviews in this page seem in my opinion to be created in order to increase the rating in Kununu, probably thinking they would make a favor to the company by saying that everything is „Awesome“, sadly this isn't true.

The company is not bad for foreigners who want to start and have a chance in Germany or young people searching for their first job, but only for 1-2 years to get experience, more than that is not recommendable. There are better opportunities better paid in the same area. You will start with a very low salary in comparison with other companies with no big chances of increasing it throughout the time.

Growing opportunities are very limited; there is no vacation, christmas, or any other kind of incentive for employees. There is one bonus plan though, which is very low and not achievable as it depends on other departments globally. Salary increasement due to excellent performance and taking over more responsibility is not going to happen here. In exchange for any good career perspective, you get free water, fruit and coffee, a parking place, lunch and gym discount.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Between colleagues ok, like in any other company.
Definitively you will find many nationalities here which makes it interesting.
Management will depend. On the very surface, it seems to be all-ok but I would suggest improving the professionalism in this department.

Rooms are sometimes not 100% well build, you can have days where you are freezing, others too warm, things breaking from time to time, in general office is cold, so bring a good sweater.
Birthdays, special events coming from the same employees are always good and have a positive feeling to it.
The customer service team feels undervaluated and the pressure received to fulfill the job vs. the payment is unfair.

Kommunikation

Not really good at department level and between Stokke Norway and Sindelfingen.
Most of the times last minute meetings with management or directors to inform the „news“. Between colleagues you will always get support.

On the surface it seems fine all good. Like any other company.

On the surface all good.
Professionalism could be improved at this level, specially during meetings, not everyone is interested in talking about people who are not in the room.
You can definitively say your opinion once or two times, but you will soon realize that not many things can be changed, sometimes it does not even depend on the people in charge locally.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Limited growing opportunities. The company is not that big.
The development dialogue could be a good tool if implemented correctly but most of the times is just a conversation that will lead to no results.
Chances to get any special training from a certified school, or entity are unexistent, no matter what they say.

We regret that you see many things in our company so negatively.

We are happy to comment publicly on some of your points here in order to guarantee transparency.

Its always good to know our employees’ opinions, that is why we are sad to see that we didn’t get to know yours in time.

As a first direct action resulting from your review we will implement an anonymous feedback system in order to become aware of feedback like this as early as possible.

We are aware of our weaknesses and are always striving to improve. No company is perfect and we are working on our shortcomings by empowering our local HR departments as well as boosting budgets for all sorts of initiatives and events.

Every colleague has the chance to get involved and contribute to an open working atmosphere by for example using Blogs, Town Hall Meetings as well as the many employee events to express themselves.

Our internal career development dialogues are a structure providing opportunities for personal growth, raising criticism and for making career if you make use of it in the right way. As a result of this talent management, we had two internal promotions out of Customer Service alone within the last four weeks.

Evaluation of performance can be subjective at times and often the personal view on performance deviates from the impression others have. This is why there is the need for a direct and open discussion in the career dialogue talks from the employees as well as the managers side.
We are sorry to hear that you feel these talks were ineffective in your case and will take this on board.
