Great place to work! You get to work with very talented and driven people from many nations around the globe.
There is a lot of freedom to fulfill your work in the way you prefer it and everybody is very helpful to get you to your goal. Also management is always there to support you and there is a nice conference budget for everyone so you can fly out to whatever is your area of desired expertise. This goes in line with the entire company which is based on the principle of learning and constant improvement.
What I specifically like is that the company is one of the few to really strive for a huge vision and not only does dog food online ;) This ambition can be felt in the daily atmosphere.
