Great team but unclear motivations

On-boarding process was excellent - you were introduced to all departments and therefore knew exactly who to contact for what.
The team was very close and international - easy to make friends and makes work enjoyable.
Location of office is ideal to get to with public transport - great even for people who live further away and also made spontaneous after work drinks with colleagues possible. In addition the travel costs were covered if you took public transport to work.

In the beginning there was a lot to learn but after 4 weeks you found your routine and the days all tended to be the same, causing it to get very boring at times. No real challenges or projects.
Once the investors changed a lot of changes were made into the company and a lot of departments lost a lot of employees and motivation was lost.

I really enjoyed working for this company and in the short time period having worked there I did learn a lot. I had a supervisor who was very attentive and helpful.
There were many projects that the company had planned but there was no clear definition to which way the company was heading. More structure would've been great so that all employees know which direction the company is heading and what motivates the employees to complete this goal.
