A heavy taste of asian/chinese culture company. If you are American culture guy then you may not able to adopt the company culture easy.
Near to nothing. One main issue about the higher management team is the General Manager does not speak English and while he doesn't trust the foot solider who do the front works with American clients who doesn't speak chinese. General Manager and Management team are always skeptical about your good relationship with clients. The better you are with clients the worse you are in Management team.
No teamwork, you will feel lucky if your team mates doesn't pull your legs behind you.
Company give you enough freedom to work independently as long as you listen to the company rules. So be careful about company rules, it is a big book.
Poor communication in between team mates, and very often make mistake just because poor communication.
Company doesn't show issue on the Gender Equality. But since it is a construction base company, it doesn't have many female employee.

Fair enough to work but not easy to develop as a long term job.

Work and get pay, take vacation and no pay. fair enough. No health insurance no other benefits.
Office is located down town Manhattan, and great renovation work. Great environment to work.

In regards to Green Office, the company just starting to use LED lights more. But nothing much about Green Concept in the company culture. Sanitation is very good though.
lots over time, and if you are a salary base employee then you don't have over time pay.
Over all it a good traditional style chinese heritage construction company. Its good view are built by the founder of the company Peter Liang. Current management team is still shaping up.
- General Manager should change to a qualified person who know how to speak English and also value customer relationship.
Company already exist for thirty years. And it is currently transiting to second generation of ownership. Over all it is a family business style company.
Management team doesn't value team work, and General Manager does not know how to conduct team work to improve over all project qualities.
