The company was purchased by another, and like all, so came the changes. Policies, procedures, lack of understanding from their employees points of views and insights.
I'd give this a 0 star if I could. New manager had lack of understanding. Too quick to impose her will vs being an overall team player. Resulting in turmoil and high turnover.
Quick to disperse policy changes, slow to listen to its employees or acknowledge that there are issues needing to be addressed. No fairness and they are QUICK to mention the "at will" moniker.

Doesn't care about image, cares more about the bottom line and keeping up with its competitors.
- Listen to your staff, the employees who've helped make you who you are. The ones that have a pulse on your customers. Must learn to be open and receptive to concerns not just from the staff, but the customer's ands well.
Normal business hours. Good commute.
The direction the company took, the staffing changes they made, lack of fairness, lack of rewarding good employees and good work. No bonus strucure at all.
